Acceptance of Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the website. By entering into any e-commerce transaction, you affirm that you have reviewed the Terms and Conditions prior to purchasing any package from the site.

Amendments of Terms.

SANA may amend the Terms from time to time, in our sole discretion. Unless we provide the delayed effective date, all amendments will be effective upon posting of such updated Terms. Your continued access to or use of the Site and package purchases after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended. If you do not agree to any of this Terms or any changes to this Terms, do not use, access, or continue to access the Site, or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

Purchasing

1. You are able to purchase class packages at the price displayed at the page. When you purchase a package, Organization (SANA) will:
   (a) process your payment, and
   (b) notify you of the purchase.
2. Payment Method
   You must provide us with a current, valid and accepted payment method (as may be updated from time to time, “Payment Method”) to purchase the package(s). By confirming the purchase, you agree to pay us the purchase price using the Payment Method. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you through any other methods, should the Payment Method fail. We use third party payment service providers to facilitate your Payment Method. The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreement between you and your financial institution, credit/debit card issuer or other provider of your selected Payment Method. We disclaim all liabilities associated with the security of the Payment Method. You shall be responsible to resolve any disputes with your financial institution, credit/debit card issuer or other provider of your selected Payment Method.
3. Accepted Payment Method
   You can pay for your purchase in various ways as set out below.
   • QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard)
     You will be provided with the QR Code upon confirmation of your package purchase. You may then continue to complete the transaction through Bank Transfer using the provided QR Code. Upon successful completion of payment, you will receive your proof of package purchase document in the Purchase Confirmation e-mail.
   • Bank Transfer
     You may confirm your purchase and complete your payment via Bank Transfer, through Virtual Accounts (Bank Mandiri, Bank Permata, ATM Bersama). Upon completion of the payment transaction, you will receive your proof of package purchase document in the Purchase Confirmation e-mail.
   • GoPay
     You may confirm your purchase and complete your payment through GoPay. Upon completion of the payment transaction, you will receive your proof of package purchase document in the Purchase Confirmation e-mail.
4. No Refunds
   Purchases are not refundable and we will not refund or credit for any partially used or unused activities.
5. Package Activation
   Upon completion of the payment transaction and Purchase Confirmation email received, you are then required to send the confirmation e-mail to SANA’s administrator through WhatsApp to officially activate your package, and provide the name of the package user.
6. Transferability
   Upon confirmation and activation of newly purchased packages, you will be asked to provide the name of the package user. This will be the only time package user names may be changed. After which, only the party whose name was provided will be able book and pay for classes using that particular package. Partially used packages may not be transferred to or used by other people or parties, unless the person whose name is provided during package activation.
7. Price Changes
   We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Unless we expressly communicate otherwise, any price changes will take effect immediately upon communicated through the Website, or such other means as we may deem appropriate from time to time, such as email or SANA’s Instagram feed.
8. Feedback
   If you provide us with any comments, bug reports, feedback, or modifications proposed or suggested by you to the Platform and/or Service (“Feedback”), we have the right to use such Feedback in our sole and absolute discretion. You grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to incorporate and use your Feedback for any purposes
9. Privacy
   SANA respects your privacy. We may collect or receive personal information in a few different ways via the Website. Often, you choose what information to provide, but sometimes we require certain information in order for you to use the Website.
10. Communications
    By purchasing any of SANA packages, you will be asked to provide your information, telephone number and e-mail address. By providing these information, you agree that SANA may contact you by e-mail or telephone, as applicable, provided by you or on your behalf in connection with your purchase.
11. Data you provide to us
    You will be asked to provide data including information such as your name, email address and contact (phone) number in order for you to be able to purchase our class packages.You should ensure that all Personal Information provided to us is complete, accurate, true and correct. Failure on your part to do so may result in inability to provide you with the products you have requested, or delays in providing you with the products you have requested.

    We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information that we collect and process about you. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information. We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security of any information that you send us.

12. Prohibited Conduct
    Without limiting the prohibitions and restrictions found elsewhere throughout the Terms, you agree not to:
    • Harass, threaten, stalk, disrupt or defraud users, members or staff of SANA or any other person, or otherwise create or contribute to an unsafe, harassing, threatening or disruptive environment;
    • Act in a deceptive or fraudulent manner by, among other things, impersonating another person;
    • Misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information transmitted via the Site.
    • Use the Site for or in connection with any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
