Yin Yoga is a good balance to other exercises you might regularly do. A class is made up of a sequence of long held poses usually between 2 – 8minutes or more. Body muscles are relaxed and softened as you find your edge and remain still in each pose. Yin poses has many health benefits and is considered as magic to regular practitioners. The long held poses are to help the body regain suppleness in the joints and connective tissues.
