Zumba is a dance fitness class that is fun, energetic and make you feel amazing. Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

The workout was first introduced to Indonesia by one of SANA co-founders, Laila Munaf, in 2009 and instantly changed the way we look at a “workout” forever. It’s perfect for everybody and every body!
